Kristin Chlids joined iCORE Global – Ft. Myers, a strategic partner of Boback Commercial Group, as Property Manager. 

As the most recent addition to the Boback Commercial Group team, Kristin Childs, brings extensive experience to managing properties and providing her clients with accountability, flexibility and service.  As a Florida State University graduate, Kristin began her career in Commercial Property Management in 2001 at McGarvey Development Company where she oversaw a 2.5 million-square-foot portfolio of industrial, office & retail properties in  Southwest Florida.   Areas of expertise include budgeting, CAM reconciliations, tenant relations & vendor management.

Joining the Commercial Property Management division as a Property Manager, Kristin primarily serves as a liaison between the tenants, vendors, and property owners, making sure the property operates efficiently and provides a maximized return for the owner.
