 Amazon Pediatrics LLC acquired Panther Crossing Plaza, a retail strip center situated on an outparcel to a Winn-Dixie-anchored shopping center located at 50 Joel Blvd., Lehigh Acres, FL from Free 1 LLC for $860,000. Amazon Pediatrics is currently located in Naples and this will be their second location. Jim Boback of Boback Commercial Group represented the seller in the transaction. 

The Assembly of the First Born Ministries Inc. acquired a 7,855± square foot freestanding building situated on 0.83± acres located at 1421 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL from SAID Investments LLC for $600,000. Jim Boback of Boback Commercial Group represented the seller in the transaction. 

Legacy Premier Properties LLC has leased 1,346 SF of office space located at 1625 SE 46th St., Unit 2A in Cape Coral, FL from Mulvaney Properties Florida. Jim Boback of Boback Commercial Group negotiated the transaction.
