• Building Maintenance - Inspection and reporting of common area repairs necessary to the upkeep of the property such as: Light fixtures, painting, general repairs, etc.
• Building Operations – Maintain Service Contracts such as, Elevator Service, Utilities, Alarm Monitoring, etc.
2. Property Accounting and Financial Reporting:
• Accurate record of collection and deposit of all rents, assessments, etc
• Accounts Payable Processing.
• Manage and Propose Budget Projections for Operating and Reserve Expenditures.
3. Property Lease Supervision and Management:.
• Enforce lease documents - Late notices, termination letters, etc.
• Lease Administration - Review leases from leasing agency and make recommendations as to
compliance with Rules and Regulations.
