Jim Boback is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with over 30 years of commercial and resort real estate sales and marketing experience, of which, 27 years were in Ft.Myers. He holds the CCIM designation. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Paul is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Associate and a Certified Building Contractor. He has been a Lee County resident since 1980 with the exception of the four years he served in the United States Navy during the first Gulf War. Paul previously owned a general contracting company and is now focusing on commercial real estate. He uses his experience, knowledge and contacts to assist with the needs of his clients. His experience as a general contractor helps him advise his clients on everything from site selections to dealing with the Dept. of Community Development.
